Methods for computer-aided synthesis of adaptable mathematical models for single-screw, reciprocating, twin-screw extruders in flexible multi-assortment productions of various monolithic and foam polymeric products have been suggested. The flexible problem-oriented program complex has been developed. It allows to create and adjust functional mathematical models for design and control of extrusion processes on various modifications of their equipment and technology appearance, operation modes and types of polymeric materials.
